Tim Hortons is launching a Harry Potter menu next month to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the first film of the franchise, Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone.

“Harry Potter has been a beloved part of so many of our guests’ lives for decades and we couldn’t be more excited for Canadians to discover the wizarding world at Tims restaurants,” Hope Bagozzi, Tim Hortons’ chief marketing officer, said in a press release.

Starting Aug. 12, the new menu will feature four doughnut flavours inspired by each Hogwarts House: Gryffindor strawberry cheesecake, Slytherin chocolate pistachio, Ravenclaw blueberry and Hufflepuff lemon meringue. A new Timbits flavour, Golden Snitch caramel, will also be offered in a special holder.

There will also be Harry-Potter-themed drinks such as Patronus sparkling quenchers, which can be customized with lemonade, protein dairy beverage or frozen, and Forbidden Forest iced tea quenchers.

The new offerings will be served, while supplies last, in limited-edition Harry Potter doughnut boxes and cups, that the chain promises are “full of easter eggs for Harry Potter fans.”

Harry Potter trivia nights will be hosted Aug. 28 at participating Tim Hortons restaurants and customers can enter a contest to win one of two Harry Potter VIP experiences in London, England.
